The Jackson Symphony League

Established in 1962, the Jackson Symphony League is an indispensable auxiliary to the Jackson Symphony. Over 200 strong, League members provide a range of services and fundraising support for the orchestra.

The Volunteer Council of the American Symphony Orchestra League selected the Jackson Symphony League to win the 2001 Sally B. Parker Education Award for the Color of Music. In 2002, the League's Orchestra Hospitality program was selected a a gold award winner.

Through a variety of fund-raising projects the league was able to raise a total of $18,500 in support for the orchestra in 2008-2009.
