Payment:
Personal checks, cash, and all major credit cards are accepted.
Child Policy:
Children under three years of age are admitted to the general admission balcony area only at all concerts.
Refunds/Exchanges:
There are no refunds or exchanges on single ticket purchases or returned tickets.
Donations/Returns:
If you are unable to attend a performance, your unused tickets may be donated to The Jackson Symphony as a tax-deductible contribution. Ticket donations will be accepted up to three days prior to the concert.
Your tickets may be given to anyone that you choose, however, if used then the tickets cannot be considered a tax-deductible contribution.
The Jackson Symphony does not issue any refund for returned tickets.
Lost Tickets:
All tickets are guaranteed if lost or misplaced and will be reissued by the office upon notification. Customers need to contact the office prior to the concert to receive replacement tickets. 731-427-6440, M-F, 9-5.
