​The Jackson Symphony Music Academy Choirs 

 

The Jackson Symphony Music Academy offers two choir opportunities for young vocalists: the Children’s Choir for students in grades 4–6 and the Youth Choir for students in grades 7–12. Under the direction of Madeyln Musser, both choirs provide a dynamic and supportive environment for students to develop vocal technique, ensemble skills, and confidence through high-quality choral instruction and performance.

In addition to two featured performances as part of the full Music Academy season, both choirs will also perform as part of The Jackson Symphony at the Holiday Pops concert--the youth choir will sing alongside the orchestra and the children's choir will be part of pre-concert activities in the lobby. In addition, both groups will have additional opportunities each season to refine their talents while sharing music with the community.

Rehearsals are held on Tuesdays:

Children's Choir - 5;30-6:30 p.m.

Youth Choir - 6:30-7:30 p.m.
